VARIETIES OF OUR COFFEE

The Arabica coffee varieties grown in Colombia are: Típica, Bourbon, Maragogipe, Tabí, Caturra, and Variedad Colombia.

• The Típica variety is characterized by its high-quality flavor. It produces large, elongated beans with a short, uniform ripening period that gives the cup a sweet acidity.

• The Bourbon variety stands out for its sweetness, with caramelized and fruity flavors, making it a high-quality coffee. The fruit is smaller than the Típica variety, and the tree for this variety also produces 30% more than the Típica variety.

• The Maragogipe variety offers larger beans. Its flavor has high acidity, hints of citrus fruits like lemon, and floral attributes.

• The Tabí variety stands out for its aroma, with a touch of bitterness, acidity, and overall impression.

• The Caturra variety has a good cup quality with bright acidity, medium body, and a certain sweetness.

• Finally, the Colombia variety produces high-quality coffee with high acidity and a balanced flavor.
